Our Community Support and Care Package Service provides Deaf People the support and help they need from a fully Deaf-led organisation that exists to promote the wellbeing, independence and empowerment of Deaf People. As people’s needs and aspirations change over time, the support we offer is based on a highly flexible and personalised approach.
Types of Service
We offer three types of Care Package Service:
- one-to-one community services, offering a broad spectrum of support, communication, enabling social contact, and support in accessing practical help and community based opportunities.
- one-to-one home support, to enable individuals to live independently in own homes, in their own community.
- one-to-one dual sensory loss communicator guides, offering a broad spectrum of support and communication specifically designed to meet the needs of people who experience dual sensory loss / people who are Deaf-Blind.
